• The only way to receive a refund is through an approved insurance claim. If you purchased package protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must file a claim with the insurance provider.
• Once approved, the insurance provider will issue your refund. UrMajestee Beauty Bar LLC does not issue refunds directly.
